TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. deboned, cooked chicken or turkey 1 can cream chicken 1 can cream celery 1 can chicken broth 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top stuffing, seasoned 1 stick melted butter Cut cooked chicken, turkey into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. If to gooey and wet, add bread crumbs. Put in casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Can also add broccoli or carrots as desired. If adding broccoli cook on stove for 10 minutes, medium heat then combine iwth other ingredients. If using carrots, slice thin. |
