1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello 2 c. hot water 1 c. cold water 1 (#2) can pineapple 1/2 lb. marshmallows, cut up 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature 1/3 c. salad dressing 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped with sugar to taste (sm. carton of Cool Whip may be substituted) Dissolve lemon Jello in 2 cups hot water, add 1 cup cold water. Add pineapple, this is your other cup of liquid. Sprinkle cut up marshmallows on top; set in refrigerator to jell. Spread on this a combined mixture of cream cheese, salad dressing and whipping cream. Set in refrigerator after you have spread it on first mixture. Chill thoroughly. 1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello 2 c. hot water 1 c. cold water 1 c. cherry juice 1 (#1) can black sweet cherries, drained Mix Jello and juice and add cherries. Set in refrigerator and when partially jelled pour over first mixture and return to refrigerator to set. A 9 x 13 inch dish is not large enough, use next size larger. |
