OVEN BARBECUED RIBS 
Place ribs (regular or country style), cut individually, in shallow pan. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Drain, brush with sauce (see below). Bake for additional 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste frequently and turn after 15 minutes uncovered.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
Dash of bottled hot sauce
3 thin slices lemon
