OVEN BARBECUED RIBS 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 lbs. country-style spareribs
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. paprika

Saute onions in frying pan until brown. Mix together other ingredients in a bowl and pour into pan. Thoroughly blend.

Pour mixture over spareribs and cook at 300-350 degrees for one hour. Baste the ribs in the sauce while cooking.

Serve with rice. You may make a sauce for the rice by taking 1/2 cup of sauce after ribs have cooked and mix in blender with one can stewed tomatoes and one tablespoon vinegar.
