4 med. potatoes, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion

Place potatoes in casserole. Put milk and remaining ingredients in an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
