CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 boiled (deboned) chicken or 2 cans boned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 diced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. pkg. wide egg noodles or home-style noodles
1 (8 oz.) box sour cream
1 pack soda cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted

Cook egg noodles according to directions. Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter. Cook 30 minutes very slowly and stirring often. Put in casserole dish; top with cracker crumbs covered with melted butter. Bake until crumbs are brown.
