CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 lg. chicken breasts, chopped
1 can fried onion rings
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can Del Monte seasoned green beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chicken broth
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mayonnaise, and curry powder to form a sauce. In the first layer put chicken, beans, onion rings, chestnuts, and sauce, saving 1/2 cup of onion rings for the top. Repeat the layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then add the remaining onion rings. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. This recipe may be frozen before heating.
