TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
8 oz. noodles
1 c. potato chips, crushed
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in tuna, soup, mayonnaise, milk, mushrooms, and pimento. Cook noodles until done, drain.

In 2-quart casserole, combine noodles and tuna mixture. Top with potato chips tossed in 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
