CURRIED PILAF 
1 c. reg. long grain rice
2/3 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. dried apples, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp. curry powder

About 30 minutes before serving:

1. In a bowl combine all ingredients.

2. Heat 2 3/4 cups water to boiling and stir in rice mixture.

3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.

Fluff lightly before serving. About 6 servings, 175 calories per serving.
