HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. melted butter

Place egg yolks in blender. Add lemon juice and salt. Whirl. Slowly add melted butter with motor running. Whirl until sauce thickens.
