BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 
6 egg yolks
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 lb. butter, melted

Blend on lowest setting of blender. Add melted butter very gradually. Butter must be hot but not too hot. It is best to bring the butter just to a very gentle boil while stirring with a wire whip and then immediately combine it with the egg mixture. Remember, add the butter very gradually.
