COCOA CHEESECAKE PIE 
Graham crust (recipe follows)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare Graham Crust: set aside.

Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa and 1 teaspoon vanilla into large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes.

Sour Cream Layer: Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; stir until smooth. Spread evenly over baked filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool; chill several hours or overnight. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

GRAHAM CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine ingredients and press mixture onto bottom and halfway up side of 9" springform pan (or pie pan that has a vertical edge).
