COCOA CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and butter, stirring to thoroughly blended. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. This makes a large pie, so use a deep shell. Makes 6-8 servings.
