BEST EVER COCOA PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 sm. can Milnot
1 c. whole milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten

Combine everything except egg yolks and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add about 1/2 of hot mixture to egg yolks. Mix well and then pour this into rest of hot mixture and add the butter. Cook a little longer. Pour into baked pie shell.

MERINGUE:

Beat 3 egg whites until soft peaks form. Add 9 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff. Put on top of hot pie and bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. Let cool a little and serve.
