FRESH FRUIT KABOBS | |
8 bamboo skewers (9 inches long) 1 orange, peeled & sectioned 1/2 c. of 1 inch melon chunks 1/2 c. of 1 inch pineapple chunks 1 sm. bunch red or green seedless grapes 4 oz. Cheddar, American, Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch chunks 2 c. lemon, orange, vanilla non-fat yogurt On each skewer thread orange sections alternately with melon, pineapple and cheese chunks. Place a grape on each end of each skewer. Dip in yogurt and serve. |
