1 c. shortening
1 c. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour

Add all together, mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Press thumb into center. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Frosting may be placed in thumb print when cooled or jelly could be used.
