HARVEST ZUCCHINI 
1 1/4 lbs. zucchini squash
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Slice zucchini thin. Cook in skillet with onion until tender. Mix remaining ingredients. Gently stir and heat.
