TURKEY VEGETABLE HARVEST 
1 lb. ground turkey
3/4 c. each diced onion, sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sliced summer squash
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. tomato wedges
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg, garlic powder, curry powder

In large heavy skillet, saute turkey with onions, celery and green pepper, stirring until turkey is brown and crumbly, drain off fat. Stir in seasonings, add squash, cabbage and mushrooms. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes and rice. Heat thoroughly. Stir in vinegar and Worcestershire. Makes 8 servings. 1 serving = 262 calories.
