2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. applesauce
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk

Combine in a bowl until well mixed. Put in a pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Put this on the top of the meat loaf before baking.
