MARINATED PORK STRIPS 
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. molasses (I use low sodium)
2 tbsp. onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. ground pepper
1/4 c. sesame seed
2 tbsp. oil

Trim fat from tenderloins. Combine ingredients except oil in a bowl. Marinate pork in this mixture at least 3 hours (or overnight). Drain and reserve marinade. Transfer to oiled glass baking dish and roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Simmer marinade and serve with pork. Serves 4 for dinner or good sliced very thin for hors d'oeuvres.
