PECAN SWEET POTATOES 
4 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2-3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together first 6 ingredients with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Spoon into greased (13 x 9 inch) casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted

Stir topping ingredients together, then spoon on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
