1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe yellow cake mix
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter into prepared pan. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs, adding them one at a time and beating well after each addition when well blended. Pour cheese mixture on top of cake batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cake tester inserted halfway into cake comes out dry. Cool on cake rack.

NOTE: Cheese goes to the bottom of cake while baking if you turn cake over when cooled cheese will be on top. If desired sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Very Delicious.
