JEANNETTE'S FRENCH TOAST 
Raisin nut bread
Cream cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Oil for frying

Spread cream cheese on raisin bread. Make a sandwich, cut in halves. Heat oil in frying pan. Mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon and beat well. Dip sandwich in egg mixture for 1 minute and fry until crispy. Excellent!
