CHICKEN WITH LEMON RICE 
1 fresh broccoli, cut, undercooked and drained
2 to 3 chicken breasts, deboned, skinned, cooked and cut into pieces
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
White rice for 4-6 people
2-3 lemons

In a 9x13 inch baking pan, lay cooked chicken and broccoli. In saucepan blend soup, sour cream, Miracle Whip and lemon juice. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle 2 cups of grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese browns and bubbles.

Meanwhile, prepare white rice. On dinner plate serve rice, generously squeeze lemon juice and then spoon on chicken mixture.
