MEXICAN BEANS 
1 lb. dried pinto beans
2 onions, chopped
1 c. cut up stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. bacon grease

Cook beans and onions in water until tender. Take the tomatoes and one cup of the cooked beans and onions, and the bacon grease together in a small pan. Cook over low heat mashing ingredients until they become like gravy. Add a dash of white pepper. Then return this mixture back to the kettle with the beans. Stir into the beans and cook for a few more minutes.
