BUFFALO CHIPS 
1 lb. very lean ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese
8 oz. canned chopped chilies
Party rye bread

Fry beef and sausage together until well done. Break up into small pieces and drain well. Melt cheese and add peppers and meat mixture. Blend well and spread onto bread slices. Freeze until ready to use. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve approximately 50 minutes.
