PINK FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
3 tbsp. syrup from cherries
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend cheese and undrained pineapple. Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Freeze overnight or until firm. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving and unmold. Serves 6-8.
