EASY FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped fruit (fresh or frozen berries are good; blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
1 diced banana

Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Add remaining ingredients; mix and pour into 12 medium muffin tins, lined with cupcake papers. Freeze until firm. Remove paper cups and serve on lettuce leaf; garnish with a maraschino cherry or fresh berry.
