FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (no. 2) can pineapple chunks, drained (or I prefer crushed pineapple)
3 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix fruit and set aside. Whip together the cream cheese, cool whip, and sugar; fold in fruit. Fill cupcake papers and freeze. Serves 30.
