MEXICAN SALAD 
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Picante sauce
1/2 head lettuce
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 pkg. Fritos

Brown meat. Drain and cool. Mix together cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, beans, cooled hamburger meat and Fritos. Add Catalina dressing. Serve with picante sauce. Vary size of salad by adding more or less of each ingredient.
