1 chicken, cut up
4 c. corn flakes crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. flour

Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Dip chicken in egg and coat with dry mixture. Put in microwaveable dish. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rotate and cook 5 minutes. Rotate and cook 5 minutes or until chicken doesn't stick to bone.
