3 c. celery, sm. pieces 1"
1 c. onion, chopped
3 c. carrots, 1" pieces
3 tbsp. ground tapioca
1 tsp. salt (if used)
1 tsp. pepper
8 lg. potaotes, cut in desired sized
1 lb. beef stew, sm. pieces
2 c. water
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 c. green beans
2 toes garlic, chopped very fine

Do not brown meat. Mix all ingredients together. Put in large pot with cover. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Do not disturb until 3 hours have pasted tapioca thicken the stew. Stir well before serving.
