SOURDOUGH BREAD 
1 c. starter
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

In 1 cup warm water dissolve yeast, add to starter; add 1 cup warm water. Mix well, add flour until workable. Knead for 5 minutes, pat dough into greased bowl, turn greased side up, cover with damp cloth and let rise in warm place until double, punch down, divide into 2 equal parts. Cover with damp cloth, let rest 10 minutes. Knead, shape into 2 loaves, place in greased pans, cover. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
