IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Bisquick
Pinch of salt

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend at high speed for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup coconut or peanut butter, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, drained fruit or fresh fruit. Pour in greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
