ALMOND MILK 
1/4 c. almonds
1 c. cold water

Place 1/4 cup almonds in 1/2 inch boiling water. Blanch for 30 seconds. Strain almonds from water. Place in blender with 1 cup cold water. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ingredients for your favorite fruit shake or drink almond milk all by itself. Very nutritious!
