ALMOND MILK SHAKE 
1/3 c. almonds, blanched
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. tofu (optional)

Blend together in blender. Continue to blend while adding:

2 sliced frozen bananas

Add frozen berries to desired thickness. Fresh berries work as well, just add more frozen bananas to get desired thickness. Add a squirt of lemon or lime at end. The tofu seems to smooth it out well.
