BLUEBERRY & PINEAPPLE APPLESAUCE 
6 med. apples
1 c. blueberries, or strawberries
1/2 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Heat apples, blueberries, pineapple and water over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Mash with a potato masher. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; heat to boiling. Cool.
