BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
3 c. cottage cheese
6 tbsp. softened butter
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 c. cooked, crumbled bacon
2 slices white bread
3 eggs
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Few drops Tabasco

Cook broccoli; drain. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 4 tablespoons butter and flour in food processor or blender. Work until smooth and creamy. Fold in broccoli, onion, corn, cheese, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Pour mixture into greased, deep 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Make soft bread crumbs by tearing 1 bread at a time in blender on low until soft crumbs form. Repeat with 2nd slice.

Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add bread crumbs and saute until golden. Sprinkle buttered crumbs and bacon over casserole. Bake 1 hour or until set at 350 degrees. Serves 8-12 people.
