This was incredibly easy and delicious! The bread has a brioche-like quality without being overly heavy. I served it with a sweet BBQ pulled pork. Alterations: I didn't have two loaf pans I liked, so I put all the batter in one 9" X 5" pan and reduced cooking temp to 350°F and increased time to 40 minutes. Perfect!
