PIMENTO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 block Cracker Barrel cheese (red pack - sharp)
1 egg
1 sm. bottle diced pimentos
1/2 c. milk
2 slices bread

Grate cheese. Add eggs. Soak bread in milk, tear into pieces, add to cheese and eggs, pour in leftover milk, add pimentos. Mix well, all ingredients together. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
