ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1 lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. gelatin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Liquid from can of chopped asparagus
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. celery
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup water, then add all other ingredients. Cool Jello some before adding all other ingredients. Pour in 19 x 13 inch dish.
