DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heat to lukewarm in 1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. dry onion flakes
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in warm water. Combine in mixing bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt and soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough. Beat well after each addition, cover and let rise in warm place until light and double in size, about 50 minutes. Knead down, put in an 8-inch casserole. Let rise 30 minutes, bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush top with butter.
