HARVEST POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix together and place in 11 x 13 baking dish. Top with 2 cups corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
