TURKEY BARLEY SOUP 
2 qts. chicken broth
2 chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. barley
Parsley
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
16 oz. can tomatoes
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Combine broth, onions, carrots, celery, barley, parsley, bay leaf and poultry seasoning. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 45 minutes. Add tomatoes, chopped. Add turkey and Tabasco sauce. Cook until heated through. Remove bay leaf.
