VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar, add eggs and beat well. Crush vanilla wafers and add with milk; stir in. Add coconut and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees in greased and floured 12x12 inch pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients, cook until thick, whip until creamy. Pour over cake.
