VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and add eggs, beating after each one. Add vanilla wafers and milk alternately. Stir in coconut and nuts. Bake in 2 well greased cake pans for one hour at 300 degrees. Frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
