1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. unsifted flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. nuts Blend oil, sugar, vanilla in mixing bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from side of pan. |
