PIZZA PASTA SALAD 
You may make it the night before. Its great for parties, and potlucks and its low cost to make!

1 (16 oz.) pkg. tri-color rotini pasta, cooked
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese,cubed
1/2 lb. Mozarella cheese,cubed
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained

DRESSING:

3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
cayenne pepper, to taste

Rinse rotini with cold water, drain and pour into a large serving bowl. Add the next 6 ingredients, set aside. Whisk dressing ingredients together, pour over pasta mixture. Stir gently, cover and refrigerate until serving.
