ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 medium zucchini, grated
1 1/4 c. herb seasoned croutons
1/2 c. sauteed fresh mushrooms
1/4 onion, chopped
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash garlic salt

Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly. Place in a greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
