ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 fresh, peeled, and sliced thin parboiled zucchini
1 onion, sliced thin
1 lg. tomatoes
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt
Pepper
Sliced American cheese

2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Layer first set of ingredients on top of each other in 8 x 8 inch casserole. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.

Layer second set of ingredients on top of each other. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until bread is slightly brown.
